From the moment I met Richard in 1980, I was immediately drawn to his kind and gentle demeanor. That infectious smile and laugh meant you were always in good hands. His eyes had a distinct and somewhat mischievous twinkle that would project far beyond his immediate surroundings. What you saw is what you got, a hard working, dedicated, genuine guy, who would stop and help you whenever the need arose. We had a wonderful friendship over the next 10 years, but due to circumstances, I lost touch with Rich, but often thought of him with fond memories, and wondered what he was up to. I’m happy to learn that he found his Shangri-La in Pemberton and the tropics. I will miss him dearly. He was a treasure.

Karen and Family,
I have known Rich since 1988 when I when was just in the Warehouse at Exclusive Floors.
Rich helped me a lot when I started in Sales and was the best teacher for how to measure a job properly ;-)
we went skiing together and had some good times. I have always been impressed with how fit and active Rich was.
He is a very well liked man, kind and caring. I will miss him. His life is deserves a nice celebration with great memories and smiles.
Jason Davids and the Exclusive Floors family.

Dear Karen and Family, Our sincere condolences. We were so saddened to hear of Rich's sudden passing. Rich's smile was magic and something I always picture when I think of him. May you find peace and comfort with the cherished memories you created and shared. We are sorry we will be unable to attend his memorial service in April as we will be away on a distant cruise. We will mark April 11 on our calendar and will be thinking of you. Love Howard and Betty Faulkner
