It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Karen Ruth Inman Purcell on June 1, 2020 at her home in Squamish BC.

Karen was born in Shelburne NS on October 3, 1962. She was the daughter of Rev. Gerald and Auralie Inman. Being the daughter of a minister, she moved around a lot but called Woodstock NB her home.

She leaves behind her parents Gerald and Auralie Inman of Woodstock NB; her brother Kevin (Judy) of Woodstock NB; her son Colin (Stephanie) of Greenwood NS; her two daughters, Tasha (JR) of Squamish BC; and Krystle Lynn (Jarrett) of Woodstock NB, and her nine grandchildren, Corbyn and Everleigh of NS; Sabastian, Khloe, Addison, Oakley and Willow of BC, Kelsey and Aiden of NB. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, other extended family and many friends.

Karen was predeceased by her grandson Easton and her grandparents.

She will be cremated and her remains will be sent back home to NB for a burial at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Squamish Funeral Chapel BC.

Donations may be made to a local animal shelter in her honor.
