Dorothy (Dot) Margaret Diotte passed away quietly after her struggle with cancer on October 19, 2018.

Predeceased by her husband Vincent. Dorothy will be lovingly missed by her daughters, Linda, Elaine, Suzanne and her son Mark. 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and by her many dear friends and neighbours.

Born in Toronto,Ontario, Dot moved to North Vancouver in 1969 and then to Squamish in 1989.

She was an avid photographer and traveler visiting many parts of the world. Dot was very active in our community volunteering at the Squamish General Hospital Ladies Auxiliary spending many hours at the gift shop as well as serving on the board of the Squamish Health Care Foundation for many years.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday Nov. 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Squamish Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to the Squamish Hospital Women's Auxiliary 38140 Behrner Drive, Squamish, B.C. V8B 0J3.
