Olafsson, Clarence Bachman Nov. 12, 1921 - Jan. 28, 2021
It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the passing due to nature causes of our beloved Father, Grandfather,
& Uncle Clarence "Olaf" Olafsson.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Verna Jean, parents, Benedict t & Lucille, brother , Herbert & sister Sigrid.
He is survived by his daughter Beppie (Paul), son Kevin,,step-son Wayne (Judy), 4 grandchildren , 5 great grandchildren, nephew, David & niece Heather, sister-in-law Alice, Joyce, Margaret & brother-in-law Ron. as well as numerous nieces & nephews.
He enjoyed a full & happy life & will be also fondly remembered by his many friends & acquaintances, not the least of which the nurses & staff at Hilltop House.
Our deepest thanks go to the staff at Hilltop who lovingly cared for him for the last years of his life. Dr. Tom Kranz for his kind attention & care. Also deepest thanks to the Squamish Bhai Community for all their care & support.
There will be a private service followed by burial at Mount Garibaldi Cemetery. Squamish Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers donations to Hilltop House Support Society would be greatly appreciated.
