Obituary for Jordan Clarke

"You are not in the mountains. The mountains are in You “
John Muir

It is with profound sadness that we wish to share the passing of Jordan Clarke. August 3rd 1990 - January 4th 2020.

A Cherished Son and Brother to Heather (Mother) Kelsey (Brother) Allison (Sister) and David (Father). Jordan will be greatly missed by his Uncles; John and Scott, Aunties; Grace and Lynn; Cousins; Kayla (Randy) Devon (Maria) and Maya. He leaves behind the love of his life Marie, and his ski family & friends who loved him fiercely. He shall be greeted by his Nana Sue, Grandpa John, and his loyal companion Brandy.

Jordan arrived into this world with great curiosity, unending imagination, and the conviction that no mountain was too high for him. He never ceased in his dedication to spread his enthusiasm and vision with those around him. Born in Vancouver, raised in Summerland & Delta, Jordan was an intense Canucks fan and held a great love for hockey. After graduating from South Delta Hockey Academy in 2008, Jordan moved to Whistler to pursue his desire to be in the mountains. From skiing to snowmobiling, mountain bikes to motors, experiencing his passion meant you never shared a dull moment together. Surrounded by trees, lakes and peaks, Jordan made Pemberton his home in 2015. His entrepreneurialism and divine focus brought him great success in his pursuit of welding, real estate and the stock market. Which in turn, lead him to Nicaragua, where he found his home away from home. Expressing his creativity and imagination, he shared his vision though the sports he loved, his amazing photography and the creations he adorned his home with. Being incredibly skilled at whatever he put his mind to, his aspirations were always larger than life.

We will miss you Jordan. May the wings that carried you through the mountains be yours to soar with forever.
